史志宏，男，1949年生，北京市人。经济学博士。已退休。退休前为中国社会科学院经济研究所研究员、研究生院教授、博士生导师。现任浙江财经大学兼职教授，中国经济史学会古代经济史专业委员会理事。1993年起享受国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴。主要研究明清及近代经济史，尤以农业史、财政史为主攻方向。代表作有《清代前期的小农经济》(中国社会科学出版社，1994)、《中国经济发展史》第三册(明清卷主编，中国经济出版社，l999)、《晚清财政：l851-1894》(与徐毅合著，上海财经大学出版社，2008)等。发表过中、英文论文数10篇。
